After the leak occurred, Zinco dealt with the customer to determine its cause and proposed a long term plan of periodical checks . Since the first dramatic occurrence, no other incident has happened and the Customer is checking its kettle once a year to properly plan burners regulation and kettle changeout. The movies showing the large leftover block of solid zinc being cut in a tedious and expensive process are a strong reminder that no chance must be taken with the zinc kettle!
